A determina\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita por meio de alerta emitido pela autarquia.<\/p>\t<div class=\"wrapper-featured-image\">\n\t\t<figure class=\"spotlightImg\">\n\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 768px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2019\/01\/57504cbd-cvm-400x200.webp\">\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa lazyloadDisabled newsContent__article__imgCapa--noCaption\" src=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2019\/01\/57504cbd-cvm-jpg.webp\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" alt=\"CVM determina suspens\u00e3o de ofertas da Olymp Trade por atua\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal\" fetchpriority=high \/>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\n\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text wp-caption-text--hide\">CVM concede prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o para IPOs por causa do coronav\u00edrus<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>O motivo da <strong>suspens\u00e3o<\/strong> pela <strong>CVM<\/strong> seria\u00a0a atua\u00e7\u00e3o irregular da <strong>Olymp Trade<\/strong>, que atua\u00a0na conquista de clientes para opera\u00e7\u00f5es em op\u00e7\u00f5es bin\u00e1rias da <strong>Smartex International LTD<\/strong>, de acordo com o &#8220;Valor Econ\u00f4mico&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>As<strong> op\u00e7\u00f5es bin\u00e1rias<\/strong> s\u00e3o negocia\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a varia\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os de determinados ativos, como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/tipos-de-acoes\/\">a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a>, moedas estrangeiras e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-commodities\/\">commodities<\/a>. Tal defini\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 adequada ao conceito de <strong>derivativo<\/strong>, e portanto, no conceito legal de<strong> valor mobili\u00e1rio<\/strong>, segundo a <strong>CVM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No <strong>Ato Declarat\u00f3rio<\/strong> CVM 16.898, a <strong>Olymp Trade<\/strong> n\u00e3o possui <strong>autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> da autarquia para captar clientes residentes no Brasil. Pois a empresa n\u00e3o integra o sistema de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o previsto no art. 15 da Lei 6.385\/76.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/vale-questionada-cvm-bloqueio\/\">Saiba mais &#8211;\u00a0Vale \u00e9 questionada pela CVM sobre o an\u00fancio do bloqueio de R$ 800 mi\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Conforme a apura\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>SMI<\/strong>, a companhia anunciava os servi\u00e7os de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00f5es em <strong>op\u00e7\u00f5es bin\u00e1rias<\/strong> at\u00e9 mesmo por meio da p\u00e1gina da internet.<\/p>\n<p>Caso n\u00e3o seja cumprida a suspens\u00e3o imposta pela <strong>CVM<\/strong>, a Olymp Trade estar\u00e1 sujeita \u00e0 <strong>multa<\/strong> di\u00e1ria no valor de R$ 1 mil.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa ainda n\u00e3o tem preju\u00edzo de responsabilidade pelas infra\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 cometidas antes da publica\u00e7\u00e3o do alerta da <strong>CVM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mas poder\u00e1 haver imposi\u00e7\u00e3o das <strong>penalidades<\/strong> cab\u00edveis nos termos do art. 11\u00b0 da Lei 6.385\/76.
