Clique para saber mais!<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Antes das seis opera\u00e7\u00f5es, gestores da companhia n\u00e3o vinham adquirindo os pr\u00f3prios pap\u00e9is em volumes consider\u00e1veis para a tesouraria da empresa, conforme mostram os documentos da <strong>CVM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Os pap\u00e9is da Hering acumulam alta de cerca de 70% desde a primeira compra da empresa no dia 12 de abril. Morgan.<\/p>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Saiba mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/pan-bpan4-inter-bidi11-piores-ouvidorias-bc\/\">\n\t\t\tBanco Pan (BPAN4) e Inter (BIDI11) possuem piores ouvidorias entre 10 maiores bancos, diz BC\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>No <strong>fato relevante<\/strong> divulgado aos acionistas, a Hering anuncia o pagamento atrav\u00e9s de uma parcela de R$ 9,630957, a ser paga \u00e0 vista, e 1,625107 a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria de emiss\u00e3o do Grupo Soma.<\/p>\n<p>A compra veio \u00e0 tona ap\u00f3s o gestor F\u00e1bio Alperowitch, da <strong>FAMA<\/strong>, contestar a CVM sobre as movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es da gest\u00e3o da Hering nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n<p>Procurada, a Hering informou que &#8220;a recompra de a\u00e7\u00f5es de Hering \u00e9 p\u00fablica, vem ocorrendo desde agosto de 2020 e faz parte de decis\u00e3o do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00e7\u00e3o aos interesses aos acionistas da companhia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa informou ainda que no dia 14 de abril n\u00e3o existia uma oferta do Grupo Soma e que ir\u00e1 manter o programa de recompras de a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEm conjunto com a busca por crescimento org\u00e2nico, a Companhia continuamente analisa oportunidades inorg\u00e2nicas e manter\u00e1 seu programa de recompra de a\u00e7\u00f5es aprovado pelo Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, em reuni\u00e3o realizada em 18\/08\/2020&#8243;, disse, em nota.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Naquele momento, 14 de abril, n\u00e3o existia uma oferta da Soma. A partir do momento em que passou a negociar com o Grupo Soma a companhia n\u00e3o executou compra de a\u00e7\u00e3o dentro do programa. A companhia Hering sempre se pauta, e continuar\u00e1 se pautando, por a\u00e7\u00f5es transparentes e \u00e9ticas&#8221;, completou a <strong>Hering<\/strong>.
