Os acionistas da Acesso, holding da <strong>Acesso Bank<\/strong>, ficar\u00e3o com aproximadamente 8% do M\u00e9liuz. Com isso, a companhia entrou para o universo do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/bidi11\/\"><strong>Banco Inter<\/strong> (BIDI11)<\/a> e at\u00e9 do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/mglu3\/\"><strong>Magazine Luiza<\/strong> (MGLU3)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia tamb\u00e9m<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/meliuz-cash3-lanca-plataforma-de-emprestimos-online\/\">\n\t\t\tM\u00e9liuz (CASH3) lan\u00e7a plataforma de empr\u00e9stimos online\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Em coment\u00e1rio divulgado nesta manh\u00e3, a corretora <strong>Guide<\/strong> atribuiu ao neg\u00f3cio um impacto marginalmente positivo para o M\u00e9liuz, com base no pipeline aquecido de aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, &#8220;o que resulta na continuidade de um crescimento robusto&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Os m\u00faltiplos elevados v\u00e3o de encontro ao crescimento do mercado endere\u00e7\u00e1vel da companhia, tudo isso sendo feito por meio de trocas de a\u00e7\u00f5es, o que \u00e9 positivo, diz a corretora.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9liuz quer &#8216;engajar&#8217; base de clientes<\/h2>\n<p>A Acesso, que deixar\u00e1 de ter esse nome e passar\u00e1 a ser subsidi\u00e1ria integral do M\u00e9liuz, movimentou R$ 1,3 bilh\u00e3o em <strong>volume total de pagamentos<\/strong> (TPV, na sigla em ingl\u00eas) em mar\u00e7o deste ano. Em 2018, a empresa criou seu banco digital e o Bankly, servi\u00e7o de <em>banking as a service<\/em>, com a ajuda de <strong>Davi Holanda<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ceo\/\">atual CEO<\/a>, que veio do PagSeguro.<\/p>\n<p>O quadro de acionistas da Acesso conta com o fundo de venture capital InvestTech; Luis Stuhlberger, fundador do Verde; a fam\u00edlia Heilberg, da HIX Capital; Pino Marco Di Segni, s\u00f3cio da Geo Capital; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/tudo-sobre\/jorge-paulo-lemann\/\">Jorge Paulo Lemann<\/a>; al\u00e9m do CEO e do fundador.<\/p>\n<p>Essa foi a segunda aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>M\u00e9liuz<\/strong> desde seu IPO, no fim do ano passado.
