Em caso de regime de liberdade de pre\u00e7os, isso teria elevado o frete em 4,7%. Entretanto, por causa do <strong>tabelamento<\/strong> fixado pela <strong>Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT)<\/strong>, o aumento foi de 12,1%. Por isso, para a CNI, o pre\u00e7o dos <strong>transportes<\/strong> est\u00e1 7,4 pontos porcentuais acima do de <strong>mercado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/empresas-ligadas-fiesp-isentas-multa\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Empresas ligadas \u00e0 Fiesp ficam isentas de multa da tabela de frete\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A tabela de pre\u00e7os de fretes \u00e9 alvo de tr\u00eas <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es diretas de inconstitucionalidade<\/strong> no <strong>Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF)<\/strong>. Ela foi adotada pelo governo em maio, no pior momento da greve. A <strong>CNI<\/strong> \u00e9 autora de uma das a\u00e7\u00f5es diretas de inconstitucionalidade. Segundo os industriais, o tabelamento fere os princ\u00edpios constitucionais da livre iniciativa, da livre concorr\u00eancia e da defesa do consumidor. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 previs\u00e3o para julgamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>Custos ainda maiores<\/h2>\n<p>Mesmo se o estudo da <strong>CNI<\/strong> indica essas perdas e custos para a economia brasileira, eles poderiam ser at\u00e9 maiores. Isso porque os n\u00fameros da pesquisa mostram apenas parte do impacto do <strong>tabelamento.<\/strong> N\u00e3o foram considerados custos como da <strong>fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o,<\/strong> da <strong>inseguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica<\/strong> e da pr\u00f3pria <strong>greve.<\/strong> A paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o dos caminhoneiros teria custado cerca de R$ 15,9 bilh\u00f5es segundo c\u00e1lculos feitos na \u00e9poca pelo <strong>Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda<\/strong>. Toda vez que se faz uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o na economia e se fixa um pre\u00e7o, h\u00e1 um custo&#8221;.\u00a0Segundo Fonseca, o <strong>PIB<\/strong> j\u00e1 teria crescido menos em 2018 por causa do aumento do diesel, mas o tabelamento do governo amplificou esse efeito.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O aumento do <strong>frete<\/strong> \u00e9 repassado ao produto final. Isso faz com que a demanda caia. As pessoas consomem menos ou substituem por produto importado. Isso gera <strong>desemprego&#8221;,<\/strong> afirmou Fonseca.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo sobre os custos gerados pela <strong>greve dos caminhoneiros<\/strong> da <strong>CNI<\/strong> come\u00e7ou a ser elaborado no ano passado.
