A partir da ter\u00e7a-feira (27) as a\u00e7\u00f5es da Melnick Even passam a ser negociadas ex-dividendos.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa tamb\u00e9m informou, em fato relevante, a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de um plano de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o com base em a\u00e7\u00f5es. Os pap\u00e9is foram negociados no dia 28 de setembro na<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/b3\/\"> Bolsa de Valores de S\u00e3o Paulo (B3).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Os coordenadores do IPO foram:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BTG Pactual (BPAC11);<\/li>\n<li>Ita\u00fa BBA;<\/li>\n<li>XP Investimentos;<\/li>\n<li>Banco Safra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A Melnick opera h\u00e1 50 anos no Rio Grande do Sul e no total j\u00e1 fez cerca de 30 empreendimentos e 1,5 mil apartamentos.
