Com isso, o capital social empresa passou a ser de R$ 7,85 bilh\u00f5es, dividido em 3.849.929.530 a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O follow-on foi coordenado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/bpac11\/\">BTG Pactual (BPAC11)<\/a>, Bank of America, Ita\u00fa BBA, XP, Credit Suisse e Citigroup.<\/p>\n<h2>Hapvida mostra desafios do crescimento por aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p>A Hapvida publicou seus resultados do quarto trimestre de 2020 no m\u00eas passado, com a companhia apurando um lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 94,3 milh\u00f5es, queda de 55,2% ao registrado em 2019. O aumento de custos se sobrep\u00f4s ao crescimento inorg\u00e2nico.<\/p>\n<p>Entre outubro e dezembro, a empresa atingiu uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-receita-liquida\/\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> de R$ 2,2 bilh\u00f5es, desacelerando do crescimento de 62% no terceiro trimestre para 27,3% na base anual.<\/p>\n<p>O resultado foi impulsionado justamente pela <strong>expans\u00e3o org\u00e2nica<\/strong>. A empresa apresentou uma alta de 6,6% no n\u00famero de benefici\u00e1rios de planos de sa\u00fade, chegando a 3,74 milh\u00f5es.
