Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A transa\u00e7\u00e3o ainda n\u00e3o foi conclu\u00edda, uma vez que depende da celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos definitivos e do cumprimento de determinadas condi\u00e7\u00f5es precedentes.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o memorando de entendimentos prev\u00ea que, por noventa dias contados a partir da assinatura a companhia se compromete a negociar com a XP de forma exclusiva quaisquer transa\u00e7\u00f5es envolvendo os tr\u00eas ativos. Vale destacar que o prazo pode ser prorrogado por mais 30 dias.<\/p>\n<h2>Sobre os empreendimentos<\/h2>\n<p>O Shopping D conta com uma \u00e1rea total de 29.423 metros quadrados, e foi inaugurado em 1994. O centro de compras fica na Zona Norte de S\u00e3o Paulo, e abriga mais de 200 lojas.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o site da <strong>Cyrela Comercial Properties<\/strong>, o empreendimento fica pr\u00f3ximo de pontos estrat\u00e9gicos como a Rodovi\u00e1ria do Tiet\u00ea.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Com um mix amplificado de lojas, entretenimento e servi\u00e7os ao consumidor, o Shopping D oferece uma experi\u00eancia \u00fanica aos seus clientes, posicionando-se como seu melhor parceiro de compras da regi\u00e3o&#8221;, diz o site.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o Shopping Cidade S\u00e3o Paulo fica na Avenida Paulista, pr\u00f3ximo ao MASP e ao Parque Tianon.
