Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Arezzo<\/strong> havia feito a oferta de fus\u00e3o \u00e0 varejista de t\u00eaxtil no dia 7 de abril, quando enviou uma carta para a companhia.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aUufMtaJ9Jk\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nAl\u00e9m disso, a Hering foi assessorada pelo banco BR Partners e pelo escrit\u00f3rio de advocacia Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados, para declinar a oferta.<\/p>\n<h2>Poss\u00edvel aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o seria boa para Hering e Arezzo<\/h2>\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 proposta da Arezzo, os analistas da Ativa Research acreditam que uma poss\u00edvel aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o seria boa para ambas as companhias, no entanto, destacam que o valor oferecido para Hering n\u00e3o foi divulgado.<\/p>\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"readToo\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"readToo__title\">Veja tamb\u00e9m<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"readToo__list\">\n\t\t\t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/arezzo-arzz3-lucro-4t20-e-2020\/\">Arezzo (ARZZ3) tem avan\u00e7o de 77% no lucro do 4T20, com incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o da Reserva<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/hering-hgtx3-resultado-4t20\/\">Hering (HGTX3) lucra R$ 55,6 milh\u00f5es no 4T20; e-commerce cresce 230,6%<\/a><\/li>\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>&#8220;As duas companhias no passado j\u00e1 trocaram expertises entre si, ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o vemos como algo t\u00e3o surpreendente essa possibilidade de fus\u00e3o.
