Agora, essa participa\u00e7\u00e3o ficou para 39,8%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/?ppp=noticias\/hospital-care-pedido-ipo-cvm\/\"><b>Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e V\u00eddeo Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Clique para saber mais!<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Quem tomou, majoritariamente, os pap\u00e9is das pessoas f\u00edsicas foram os investidores estrangeiros e investidores institucionais. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o do exterior nas ofertas de fundos imobili\u00e1rios brasileiros saiu de 15,6% para 24,5%. J\u00e1 os investidores institucionais, no ano passado, ficaram com 15,6% das ofertas e neste com 24,5%.<\/p>\n<p>Em parte essa mudan\u00e7a se d\u00e1 porque cresceu, neste ano, o n\u00famero de ofertas restritas: as ofertas ICVM 476 somaram R$ 8,8 bilh\u00f5es, contra R$ 5,1 bilh\u00f5es em 2020. Nos tr\u00eas primeiros meses de 2020, as ofertas liberadas a pessoas f\u00edsicas eram maioria: R$ 6,28 bilh\u00f5es contra R$ 4,5 bilh\u00f5es das ofertas restritas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Fora fundos imobili\u00e1rios, emiss\u00f5es em geral avan\u00e7am<\/h2>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos fundos imobili\u00e1rios, as emiss\u00f5es dos mercados de capitais, em geral, avan\u00e7aram. Foram R$ 53,1 bilh\u00f5es em mar\u00e7o, n\u00famero quase duas vezes maior o registrado em fevereiro.
