No ano passado foram realizados 44.810 neg\u00f3cios, contra 29.435 em 2019, segundo o Painel do Mercado Imobili\u00e1rio (PMI) produzido pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/por-que-algumas-startups-crescem-e-nao-lucram\/\">startup<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A especialista de mercado da \u00e1rea de intelig\u00eancia da <strong>Kenlo,<\/strong> Denise Ghiu explica que &#8220;o \u00a0progn\u00f3stico para 2021 leva em conta o fato de muitas pessoas repensarem a quest\u00e3o do morar que, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da pandemia, fez com que muitas empresas colocassem seus funcion\u00e1rios em <strong>home office.<\/strong> Isso resultou em muitos brasileiros passando mais horas em casa, dividindo no mesmo espa\u00e7o os ambientes familiar e profissional&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\"> Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e V\u00eddeo Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Casos de pessoas que migraram dos grandes centros para regi\u00f5es ou at\u00e9 cidades mais tranquilas, com menor valor do metro quadrado e mais espa\u00e7o, ou mesmo, locando seu im\u00f3vel e alugando outro no novo local poder\u00e3o ser mais frequentes&#8221;, completa <strong>Ghiu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Muitas pessoas buscam im\u00f3veis pr\u00f3prios<\/h2>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o relat\u00f3rio explica que com a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/taxa-selic\/\"><strong>taxa selic<\/strong> <\/a>baixa, muitas pessoas t\u00eam optado por comprar um im\u00f3vel pr\u00f3prio, uma vez que as parcelas do financiamento s\u00e3o parecidas com o gasto mensal do aluguel.<\/p>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Veja tamb\u00e9m<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/imoveis-vendas-2020-cresecem\/\">\n\t\t\tVendas de im\u00f3veis avan\u00e7am 26,1% em 2020, enquanto lan\u00e7amentos sobem 1,1%\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Os n\u00fameros explicam isso.
