Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A companhia que recentemente chegou a um acordo de fus\u00e3o com a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/gndi3\/\">NotreDame Interm\u00e9dica (GNDI3),\u00a0<\/a>estaria buscando novas aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, e tamb\u00e9m levantar capital.<\/p>\n<h2>Acionistas da Hapvida e da NotreDame aprovam fus\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Os acionistas da Hapvida \u00a0e da <strong>NotreDame Interm\u00e9dica<\/strong> \u00a0aprovaram ao final de mar\u00e7o, em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/assembleia-geral-extraordinaria\/\">assembleias gerais extraordin\u00e1rias<\/a>, a combina\u00e7\u00e3o dos neg\u00f3cios das duas empresas do setor de planos de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>A consuma\u00e7\u00e3o do neg\u00f3cio, agora, precisa da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/cade\/\">Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (Cade)<\/a>, da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Sa\u00fade Suplementar (ANS) e do cumprimento de termos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es descritos no acordo.<\/p>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia tamb\u00e9m<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/hapvida-hapv3-lucro-4t20\/\">\n\t\t\tHapvida (HAPV3) tem lucro 55,2% menor no 4T20, com mais custos e despesas\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>As duas empresas chegaram a um acordo para a fus\u00e3o no final de fevereiro. A empresa sediada em fortaleza ir\u00e1 incorporar a NotreDame, sendo que cada acionista da GNDI deve receber 5,2490 a\u00e7\u00f5es da HAPV3 e mais R$ 6,45. Com isso, os acionistas da Hapvida ficar\u00e3o com 53,6% do capital da nova empresa e os da NotreDame com 46,4%.<\/p>\n<p>Irlau Machado, atual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ceo\/\">diretor-executivo (CEO)<\/a> da NotreDame, e Jorge Pinheiro, CEO da Hapvida, atuar\u00e3o como co-CEOs da nova empresa.
