Parte do sucesso da <strong>Microsoft<\/strong> pode ser associado \u00e0 estrat\u00e9gia de investir em servi\u00e7os de nuvem. O termo se refere \u00e0 tecnologia de utilizar da mem\u00f3ria e da capacidade de armazenamento e c\u00e1lculo de computadores e servidores interligados pela internet.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>receita<\/strong> do setor de computa\u00e7\u00e3o em nuvem aumentou 20% na varia\u00e7\u00e3o ano a ano e fechou o trimestre arrecadando US$ 9,4 bilh\u00f5es. O setor de neg\u00f3cios, por sua vez, faturou US$ 10,1 bilh\u00f5es (crescimento de 13%). A \u00e1rea de computa\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal registrou <strong>r<span style=\"font-size: 19.4286px;\">eceit<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.21429rem;\"><strong>a<\/strong> de US$ 13 bilh\u00f5es (aumento de 7%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nossos fortes resultados com a nuvem comercial refletem nossas profundas e crescentes parcerias com empresas l\u00edderes em todos os setores, incluindo varejo, servi\u00e7os financeiros e sa\u00fade&#8221;, disse o CEO da <strong>Microsoft<\/strong>, <strong>Satya Nadella<\/strong>, em nota oficial. &#8220;Estamos entregando valor diferenciado em toda a nuvem e no [Microsoft Edge], enquanto trabalhamos para conquistar a confian\u00e7a do cliente diariamente.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Microsoft<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m foi bem-sucedida em monetizar com sua aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>LinkedIn<\/strong>, realizada h\u00e1 mais de dois anos.
