Entre janeiro e os \u00faltimos dias de mar\u00e7o a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/cvm\/\">Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM)<\/a> aprovou R$ 4,7 bilh\u00f5es em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e h\u00e1, pelo menos, mais R$ 10,2 bilh\u00f5es em an\u00e1lise. Em 2020, as movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es de fundos imobili\u00e1rios ficaram pr\u00f3ximas a R$ 25 bilh\u00f5es, com 75 lan\u00e7amentos.<\/p>\n<p>Cerca de um ter\u00e7o das ofertas registradas nesse ano, ou R$ 5,1 bilh\u00f5es, s\u00e3o restritas: com o acesso limitado a 50 investidores profissionais, ou seja, que possuem mais de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es aplicados na renda vari\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/?ppp=noticias\/hospital-care-pedido-ipo-cvm\/\"><b>Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e V\u00eddeo Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Clique para saber mais!<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Os destaques, at\u00e9 agora, ficam para os fundos imobili\u00e1rios de papel, com carteiras de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/certificados-recebiveis-imobiliarios\/\">Certificados de Receb\u00edveis Imobili\u00e1rios (CRIs)<\/a>, e, entre os de tijolo, para os que s\u00e3o relacionados a galp\u00f5es de log\u00edstica &#8211; por conta do avan\u00e7o do e-commerce, dado pela pandemia.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00cdndice de fundos imobili\u00e1rios cai apesar de maior n\u00famero de investidores<\/h2>\n<p>Em 2020, a base de pessoas f\u00edsicas na bolsa que tinha cotas de fundos imobili\u00e1rios cresceu 81,7%. No fim de fevereiro \u00faltimo, o n\u00famero era 1,25 milh\u00e3o, alta de 7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a dezembro. Em 2019, a desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o foi de quase 36%.
