A receita em 2020 foi de R$ 1,2 bilh\u00e3o, recuo de 2%. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\">Ebtida Ajustado (lucro antes de juros, impostos, amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o e deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> totalizou R$ 75,6 milh\u00f5es, ante R$ 81 milh\u00f5es, queda de 6,6%. Por sua vez, no ano passado o Ebitda totalizou R$ 316,7 milh\u00f5es, recuo de 5,4%.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/R4NQDZz-2oQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nSegundo o documento, os resultados do quarto trimestre incluem a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da Uninorte, ocorrida a partir de 1\u00ba de novembro de 2019, e dois meses dos resultados da Unifacimed e da Unijuazeiro, que tiveram as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o conclu\u00eddas em novembro de 2020.<\/p>\n<h2>Ser Educacional conclui aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de Unesc<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>Ser Educacional<\/strong> concluiu, no m\u00eas passado, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fusoes-aquisicoes\/\">aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Sociedade Educacional de Rond\u00f4nia (Unesc)<\/a> por meio de sua subsidi\u00e1ria, Centro Nacional de Ensino Superior (Cenesup).
