O <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> emitir\u00e1, no m\u00ednimo 104.647 novas cotas, e nesse cen\u00e1rio deve levantar, pelo menos, R$ 10 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>As novas cotas ser\u00e3o destinadas exclusivamente aos atuais cotistas do fundo imobili\u00e1rio.
