O presidente da Rep\u00fablica, Jair Bolsonaro, avaliou na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (19) que \u00e9 “pouco” o valor do novo aux\u00edlio emergencial<\/strong> que ser\u00e1 pago a vulner\u00e1veis durante a pandemia de covid-19, por\u00e9m refor\u00e7ou que \u00e9 o que o governo pode pagar. “\u00c9 pouco, n\u00e9? Mas \u00e9 o que a na\u00e7\u00e3o pode dar. S\u00e3o 44 bilh\u00f5es de endividamento, t\u00e1?”, disse Bolsonaro a apoiadores na sa\u00edda do Pal\u00e1cio da Alvorada, em Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\t

Na quinta-feira (18), o Governo Federal publicou edi\u00e7\u00e3o extra do Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU) com a Medida Provis\u00f3ria 1.039, que recria o aux\u00edlio emergencial pago, desta vez, a 45,6 milh\u00f5es de brasileiros, em quatro parcelas<\/strong> com valores entre R$ 150 e R$ 375 cada.<\/p>\n

Nesta rodada, as regras s\u00e3o mais rigorosas e n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 novo cadastro para quem eventualmente ficou de fora do programa em 2020.<\/p>\n

Congresso promulgou PEC do aux\u00edlio emergencial na \u00faltima segunda<\/h2>\n

O Congresso Nacional promulgou nesta segunda-feira (15) a PEC Emergencial (Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o), que destrava uma nova rodada do aux\u00edlio emergencial. Ela autorizou o\u00a0governo federal<\/strong>\u00a0a pagar uma nova rodada do\u00a0aux\u00edlio emergencial<\/strong>, limitada a R$ 44 bilh\u00f5es, por meio de cr\u00e9dito extraordin\u00e1rio, fora do teto de gastos, da regra de ouro e da meta de resultado prim\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Por ser uma PEC, o texto n\u00e3o depende de san\u00e7\u00e3o do Executivo e passou a valer assim que foi promulgado pelo Congresso. Como contrapartida, a proposta prev\u00ea mecanismos para conten\u00e7\u00e3o de gastos no futuro na Uni\u00e3o, nos Estados e nos munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n

Para o Governo Federal, os gatilhos \u2013 entre eles o congelamento de reajustes salariais \u2013 ser\u00e3o automaticamente acionados quando as despesas obrigat\u00f3rias atingirem 95% do total. O cen\u00e1rio desenhado pela PEC do aux\u00edlio emergencial,<\/strong> por\u00e9m, s\u00f3 deve ocorrer em 2024 ou 2025, conforme proje\u00e7\u00f5es do Tesouro Nacional.<\/p>\n
