A 3R Petroleum<\/strong> (RRRP3)<\/a> registrou no quarto trimestre de 2020 um preju\u00edzo l\u00edquido de R$ 141,2 milh\u00f5es. No ano, o preju\u00edzo l\u00edquido acumulado<\/a> foi de R$ 276,6 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\t

Uma s\u00e9rie de fatores explicam o resultado da 3R Petroleum nos \u00faltimos meses do ano e no consolidado de 2020. Apesar da receita l\u00edquida da companhia ter crescido 4,4% na base trimestral, chegando a R$ 85,2 milh\u00f5es, e de o pre\u00e7o do Brent ter se recuperado, a companhia ainda fechou no vermelho.<\/p>\n

Primeiro, o custo dos produtos vendidos avan\u00e7ou 7,8% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre os intervalos de outubro a dezembro e de julho a setembro, ao desconsiderar efeitos n\u00e3o recorrentes do terceiro trimestre. Considerando estes, haveria uma queda de 7,6%. O CPV totalizou R$ 106,2 milh\u00f5es no ano. Apenas os gastos com royalties somaram R$ 20,2 milh\u00f5es, 9,9% da receita l\u00edquida.<\/p>\n

A companhia teve ainda uma alta das despesas gerais e administrativas, que fecharam o quarto trimestre de 2020 em R$ 19,4 milh\u00f5es. O avan\u00e7o desses custos, segundo a 3R Petroleum, se deu porque a empresa se prepara para assumir cinco ativos da Petrobras (PETR4)<\/a>, o que encareceu sua gest\u00e3o de portf\u00f3lio, e tamb\u00e9m porque houve a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00eamios e de bonifica\u00e7\u00f5es extraordin\u00e1rias aos funcion\u00e1rios ap\u00f3s a sua abertura de capital.<\/a><\/p>\n

A 3R Petroleum teve tamb\u00e9m uma s\u00e9rie de gastos operacionais n\u00e3o recorrentes, que totalizaram R$ 186,1 milh\u00f5es. Eles incluem provis\u00f5es de abandono da subsidi\u00e1ria OPP, um acordo extrajudicial para esta e preju\u00edzos ainda na categoria impairment<\/em>, que totalizaram R$ 167 milh\u00f5es. Nesta \u00faltima, apenas a reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o da administra\u00e7\u00e3o acerca de alternativas para o desenvolvimento do campo de Camar\u00e3o totalizaram R$ 113,5 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

O Ebitda ajustad<\/a>o da 3R Petroleum, excluindo estes efeitos n\u00e3o recorrentes, ficou em R$ 50,5 milh\u00f5es no quarto trimestre, e a margem Ebitda em 59,3%. No consolidado do ano, o Ebtida ajustado ficou em R$ 53,4 milh\u00f5es e a margem em 26,1%.<\/p>\n

Apesar de preju\u00edzo, 3R Petroleum fecha ano sem d\u00edvida<\/h2>\n

Apesar do preju\u00edzo l\u00edquido, a 3R Petroleum fecha 2020 com R$ 705,5 milh\u00f5es em caixa e uma d\u00edvida bruta de R$ 684,8 milh\u00f5es, com uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o liquida de caixa positiva em R$ 20,7 milh\u00f5es. A companhia, por\u00e9m, possui um montante de US$ 383 milh\u00f5es a ser pago \u00e0 Petrobras, pelas compras de ativos em andamento.<\/p>\n

No quarto trimestre, o Polo Macau, o \u00fanico operado pela 3R Petroleum, apresentou boa efic\u00e1cia operacional, superando o que era visto antes de junho, quando a Petrobras comandava o ativo. Foram, em m\u00e9dia, 4.075 barris por dia, ante 3.895 em maio. Em 2021, o resultado preliminar mostrou ainda mais uma tend\u00eancia de alta, batendo 4.593 barris di\u00e1rias em fevereiro.<\/p>\n

Segundo a 3R Petroleum, o Polo Macau apresentou ainda um custo de extra\u00e7\u00e3o de US$ 5,26, menos da metade do que \u00e9 praticado pelo mercado, e ganhou um incentivo fiscal da Sudene, que reduzir\u00e1 o imposto de renda em 75% nos pr\u00f3ximos dez anos.<\/p>\n

A 3R Petroleum<\/strong> adquiriu, em 2020, os polos Fazenda Bel\u00e9m, Pescada Arabaiana e Rio Ventura, entre junho e julho, e os polos Pero\u00e1 e Rec\u00f4ncavo, mais para o final do ano. As transi\u00e7\u00f5es entre a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Petrobras e da 3R devem terminar ainda em 2021. Os seis ativos devem extrair, segundo as proje\u00e7\u00f5es, em m\u00e9dia 17,9 mil barris por dia, com 14 mil destes ficando para a 3R.<\/p>\n
