O montante poder\u00e1 ser reduzido em virtude da Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o Parcial ou aumentado em raz\u00e3o da emiss\u00e3o das Cotas Adicionais.<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/oferta-restrita\/\">esfor\u00e7os restritos<\/a>, nos termos da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM n\u00ba 476.
