Por volta do mesmo hor\u00e1rio, o Ibovespa recuava 0,36%, seguindo a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/bolsas-mundiais-ny-europa-asia-17022021\/\">tend\u00eancia das bolsas mundiais<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com uma coluna da <em>Veja<\/em>, o neg\u00f3cio avalia a empresa em R$ 140 bilh\u00f5es pelos s\u00f3cios. Al\u00e9m disso, as empresas pretendem manter os atuais administradores de ambas as companhias, de acordo com a nota.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Conversas foram confirmadas em janeiro<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>As conversas sobre o neg\u00f3cio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/notredame-gndi3-hapvida-hapv3-negociacao-fusao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">foram informadas ao mercado<\/a> em 8 de janeiro deste ano. \u00c0 \u00e9poca, a Interm\u00e9dica disse que recebeu uma proposta n\u00e3o vinculante sobre a fus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Saiba mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/hapvida-notredame-devem-500mi-sus\/\">\n\t\t\tHapvida (HAPV3) e NotreDame (GNDI3) deixaram de pagar quase R$ 500 milh\u00f5es ao SUS, diz jornal\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>A proposta previa que a Hapvida permaneceria com suas a\u00e7\u00f5es negociadas no Novo Mercado da <strong>B3<\/strong>, sendo que os atuais acionistas da companhia e da Interm\u00e9dica passariam a deter, respectivamente, 53,1% e 46,9% da companhia.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo um relat\u00f3rio do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/btg-fusao-hapvida-notredame-nao-pode-melhorar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BTG Pactual divulgado na ocasi\u00e3o<\/a>, a fus\u00e3o entre <strong>Hapvida<\/strong> e Interm\u00e9dica criaria uma gigante com valor de R$ 118 bilh\u00f5es e com 18% de participa\u00e7\u00e3o de mercado.
