A compra feita foi feita no final de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar do estresse durante o per\u00edodo cr\u00edtico da pandemia, a nova frente de neg\u00f3cio, voltada ao cr\u00e9dito a pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas, superou bem os problemas ao priorizar qualidade ao inv\u00e9s do crescimento de portf\u00f3lio. Ela estaria sendo negociada a 23,8 vezes na rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre valor de mercado e o Ebitda projetado para 2021, contra 29,8 vezes das concorrentes.
