Ainda sem nome, tem sido chamada internamente de\u00a0NewCo (acr\u00f4nimo em ingl\u00eas para &#8220;nova companhia&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>NewCo<\/strong> deve ter sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o formalizada ainda nesta quinta-feira (17).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/mpt-governo-reavalie-acordo-embraer-boeing\/\">Saiba mais &#8211;\u00a0MPT quer que Governo reavalie acordo entre Embraer e Boeing\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Duas quest\u00f5es estavam retardando o processo de fus\u00e3o, de acordo com a Folha:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>composi\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoal,<\/li>\n<li>e a equaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de propriedade intelectual da <strong>Embraer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O governo brasileiro avalizou a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o entre as aeron\u00e1uticas na \u00faltima quinta-feira (10). Os outros 20% permanecer\u00e3o no controle do Estado brasileiro.<\/p>\n<h2>NewCo x Velha Embraer<\/h2>\n<p>Ainda n\u00e3o foi decidido quem sair\u00e1 da &#8220;velha <strong>Embraer<\/strong>&#8221; para a NewCo, e quem permanecer\u00e1 na empresa.<\/p>\n<p>A Embraer possui 18,5 mil funcion\u00e1rios, dos quais 16 mil est\u00e3o no Brasil.
