Desse modo, o lucro l\u00edquido ajustado da Ind\u00fastrias Romi no per\u00edodo ficou em R$ 48,974 milh\u00f5es, alta de 156,9% na base anualizada.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia apurou uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/receita-liquida-operacional\/\">receita operacional l\u00edquida<\/a> recorde entre outubro e dezembro, de R$ 360,643 milh\u00f5es, uma alta de 56,5% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao resultado um ano antes. No intervalo, a empresa destacou o desempenho das unidades de neg\u00f3cio <strong>M\u00e1quinas Romi<\/strong> e Fundidos e Usinados.<\/p>\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 primeira, a receita atingiu R$ 177,3 milh\u00f5es no quarto trimestre, um acr\u00e9scimo de 37,1% reflexo da recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do volume de pedidos a partir de junho.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div id=\"60141a969004bb2e956386a8\" class=\"op-interactive\" data-title=\"Quiz dos Investimentos\" data-url=\"https:\/\/sunoresearch289.outgrow.us\/60141a969004bb2e956386a8?vHeight=1\" data-width=\"100%\"><\/div>\n<p><script src='\/\/dyv6f9ner1ir9.cloudfront.net\/assets\/js\/nloader.js'><\/script><script>initIframe('60141a969004bb2e956386a8');<\/script><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>J\u00e1 as vendas da <strong>Fundidos e Usinados <\/strong>registrou um aumento de 102,3% no \u00faltimo trimestre em raz\u00e3o da continuidade dos neg\u00f3cios relacionados \u00e0s pe\u00e7as fundidas e usinadas de grande porte para o setor de energia e da retomada dos demais segmentos.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\">Ebitda (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> da empresa mais que dobrou no per\u00edodo, subindo 128,5%, para R$ 71,115 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a Ind\u00fastrias Romi, a &#8220;evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da receita, aliada \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o das despesas operacionais, resultou em uma expans\u00e3o da margem operacional, que, nesse mesmo per\u00edodo de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, cresceu 10,1 pontos percentuais.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Carteira de pedidos da Ind\u00fastrias Romi cresce 67,2%<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>carteira de pedidos total<\/strong> da companhia, ao final do quarto trimestre de 2020, apresentou crescimento de 67,2% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a dezembro do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Ao longo do ano passado a companhia investiu R$ 44,1 milh\u00f5es, &#8220;sendo a maior parte deles destinados \u00e0 automa\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, produtividade, flexibilidade,competitividade das unidades do parque industrial e m\u00e1quinas de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria alocadas para o neg\u00f3cio de loca\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Antes da divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do balan\u00e7o, as a\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>Ind\u00fastrias Romi<\/strong> fechou o dia em alta de 1,37%, a R$ 18,50.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-de-controle-de-investimentos\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/400x300-Controle-de-Investimentos.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Controle-de-Investimentos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"75934\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Controle-de-Investimentos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Ind\u00fastrias Romi (ROMI3) apresentou na noite desta ter\u00e7a-feira (9) seus resultados do quarto trimestre de 2020.
