Com isso, as c\u00e2maras de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o que processam e liquidam os neg\u00f3cios acabaram cobrando mais pelo servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Operadores de varejo do chamado dumb money (&#8220;dinheiro burro&#8221;, na express\u00e3o em ingl\u00eas, em refer\u00eancia \u00e0 falta de experi\u00eancia deles) membros da rede social Reddit, organizaram uma onda de compra dos pap\u00e9is da GameStop, com objetivo de prejudicar o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fundo-de-hedge\/\">fundo de hedge<\/a> Melvin, que tinha um volume alto de posi\u00e7\u00f5es vendidas na companhia, o que obrigou a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/sec\/\">Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)<\/a> a monitorar o caso.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/robinhood-limitara-acoes-gamestop\/\">Robinhood decidiu limitar a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> de empresas como a GameStop e a AMC Entertainment Holdings, por exemplo, na \u00faltima quinta-feira, e refor\u00e7ar as finan\u00e7as da empresa, o que provocou uma indigna\u00e7\u00e3o nos pequenos investidores e alimentando a ira do Congresso norte-americano, que criticou a decis\u00e3o.
