Simultaneamente, no \u00e2mbito da oferta, foram realizados esfor\u00e7os de coloca\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es no exterior pelo <strong>Ita\u00fa BBA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dessa forma, os recursos n\u00e3o foram levantados para o <strong>caixa<\/strong> da companhia mas para a sa\u00edda do fundo Tarpon.<\/p>\n<h2>Omega Gera\u00e7\u00e3o apresenta lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 37,6 milh\u00f5es no 3T20<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>\u00d4mega <\/strong>Gera\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0teve um lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 37,6 milh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre de 2020, crescendo 19% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo de 2019, quando o lucro foi de R$ 31,6 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A<strong> receita l\u00edquida<\/strong> cresceu 10% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a base anual, alcan\u00e7ando R$ 314,4 milh\u00f5es e o EBITDA chegou a R$ 203,3 milh\u00f5es, alta de 1% na mesma base e 88% maior do que no segundo trimestre de 2020.
