Em 29 de novembro a opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi aprovada pelo \u00d3rg\u00e3o Regulador do Com\u00e9rcio da Europa. No m\u00eas anterior, em outubro, j\u00e1 havia sido aceito pelo <strong>Cade<\/strong>. Faltava apenas a Suzano efetuar o pagamento de RS 27,8 milh\u00f5es aos acionistas da Fibria, o que foi feito nesta segunda.
