Ontem, o jornal reportou que o tribunal arbitral que julga o lit\u00edgio j\u00e1 chegou a uma decis\u00e3o e a submeteu \u00e0 matriz da C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio Internacional (ICC, na sigla em ingl\u00eas).<\/p>\n<p>Fontes disseram ao jornal que an\u00fancio da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 iminente e depende apenas dos prazos regulamentares de revis\u00e3o na matriz.<\/p>\n<h2>JBS aprova procedimento arbitral em face da J&amp;F<\/h2>\n<p>Em reuni\u00e3o realizada neste m\u00eas, o conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/jbss3\/\"><strong>JBS<\/strong> (JBSS3)<\/a> acatou a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Independente para instaurar um procedimento arbitral em face da sua controladora J&amp;F, e contra os irm\u00e3os Batista.
