Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Em comunicado, a companhia destacou que &#8220;o valor ser\u00e1 destinado \u00e0 expans\u00e3o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa na cidade de An\u00e1polis e deve gerar 2 mil novos empregos diretos na maior unidade industrial farmac\u00eautica da Am\u00e9rica Latina&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Desde o ano passado, a empresa j\u00e1 vem investindo em aumento de capacidade para fazer frente n\u00e3o s\u00f3 ao crescimento do mercado farmac\u00eautico brasileiro, mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 futura transfer\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o para Goi\u00e1s de neg\u00f3cios adquiridos pela Hypera Pharma desde o final de 2019&#8221;, destacou o comunicado.<\/p>\n<h2>Cade aprova compra de portf\u00f3lio de medicamentos da Takeda pela Hypera<\/h2>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/cade\/\">Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (Cade)<\/a> anunciou na \u00faltima quarta-feira (20) a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do portf\u00f3lio de 18 medicamentos sem prescri\u00e7\u00e3o da Takeda Pharmaceuticals Internacional pela <strong>Hypera<\/strong>.
