Jo\u00e3o Doria, governador do estado, est\u00e1 planejando, segundo fontes escutadas pelo ve\u00edculo, contratar em breve estudos para analisar a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> da Sabesp ou, pelo menos, a aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es ou a capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> da estatal.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Sabesp, o governo de<\/strong> S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong> trabalha tamb\u00e9m para enxugar a m\u00e1quina p\u00fablica ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de uma reforma administrativa na Assembleia Legislativa em outubro e para aumentar o imposto sobre heran\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

Investidores da Sabesp estariam pressionando por mudan\u00e7as<\/h2>\n

Na primeira semana de janeiro, foi noticiado que acionistas<\/a><\/strong> minorit\u00e1rios da Sabesp estariam pressionando D\u00f3ria por mudan\u00e7as na gest\u00e3o da companhia no curto prazo, mas com a principal ideia ainda sendo a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Os investidores chegaram a se encontrar com Henrique Meirelles, secret\u00e1rio da Fazenda de S\u00e3o Paulo, e com Mauro Ricardo, secret\u00e1rio do Planejamento, para mostrar que os \u00faltimos investimentos da estatal foram insuficientes. Na data, o governo, que possui 50,26% da Sabesp, afirmou que contrataria uma consultoria financeira para averiguar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Entre os principais problemas para os acionistas estaria o fato de a Sabesp calcular ter uma base de ativos de R$ 30 bilh\u00f5es, enquanto a Ag\u00eancia Reguladora dos Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo reconhece apenas R$ 24 bilh\u00f5es, cerca de 76% do declarado. No setor el\u00e9trico, a m\u00e9dia de reconhecimento \u00e9 de 98%. Isso gera a desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, em documento, os investidores apontaram que o custo m\u00e9dio por empregado da Sabesp \u00e9 maior na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os do setor privado.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 faz alguns meses que h\u00e1 uma movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos stakeholders<\/a> para pressionar uma privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Em outubro de 2020, D\u00f3ria afirmou que a Sabesp<\/strong> passaria apenas por uma capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, decepcionando os acionistas.<\/p>\n
