O Mercado Livre ainda destacou que a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o das cotas conta com prazo total de 30 meses, com amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o nos tr\u00eas \u00faltimos meses. Al\u00e9m disso, a companhia explicou que a taxa negociada das cotas equivale ao DI<\/a> mais 1,75% ao ano.<\/p>\n

Os coordenadores da opera\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o o Ita\u00fa BBA<\/strong> e a XP Investimentos, ao passo que o Brasil Plural ser\u00e1 o gestor do FIDC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o corresponde a 6% do atual volume de capta\u00e7\u00e3o do portal de com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico.<\/p>\n

O diretor financeiro do Mercado Livre no Brasil, Tiago Azevedo,<\/strong> afirmou em nota que, “considerando o forte crescimento da companhia e do bra\u00e7o de servi\u00e7os financeiros, nosso objetivo \u00e9 diversificar as fontes de financiamento para ampliar e facilitar a oferta de capital de giro aos vendedores do Mercado Livre e do Mercado Pago”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vale destacar que em meados de novembro, o gigante do e-commerce ganhou autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco Central (BC)<\/a> para atuar como institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira.<\/p>\n

O novo bra\u00e7o financeiro recebeu o nome de Mercado Cr\u00e9dito Sociedade de Cr\u00e9dito, Financiamento e Investimento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A empresa conta com um capital social<\/strong><\/a> de R$ 40 milh\u00f5es e \u00e9 sediada na capital paulista.<\/p>\n
