Ao todo, foram subscritas e integralizadas 763,2 mil cotas. A oferta foi feita com esfor\u00e7os restritos, ou seja, foi destinada a um grupo restrito de investidores profissionais.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>KISU11<\/strong> \u00e9 um fundo de investimento imobili\u00e1rio (FII), constitu\u00eddo sob a forma de condom\u00ednio fechado, com prazo de dura\u00e7\u00e3o indeterminado. O fundo tem como objetivo a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de cotas de outros <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-guia-definitivo-de-fundos-imobiliarios\/\">FIIs<\/a> que estejam admitidas \u00e0 negocia\u00e7\u00e3o na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/b3\/\">Bolsa de Valores de S\u00e3o Paulo (B3)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O KISU11 vai seguir a carteira te\u00f3rica do \u00edndice <a href=\"https:\/\/fiis.com.br\/artigos\/suno30-fiis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>SUNO 30<\/strong><\/a> para investir, buscando replicar a sua rentabilidade. Este \u00edndice, lan\u00e7ado pela Suno em 2020, \u00e9 composto por 30 fundos imobili\u00e1rios distribu\u00eddos entre os segmentos do \u201ctipo tijolo\u201d &#8211; que investem em im\u00f3veis f\u00edsicos &#8211; e FIIs do \u201ctipo papel\u201d, que investem em investimentos de renda fixa do setor imobili\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>Outros crit\u00e9rios para a inclus\u00e3o dos FII no \u00edndice SUNO 30 s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pelo menos um pagamento de proventos ao longo dos \u00faltimos doze meses.<\/li>\n<li>Fazer parte da composi\u00e7\u00e3o do IFIX.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e3o ser um Fundo de Fundos (FoF).<\/li>\n<li>O Fundo deve possuir mais que um ativo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O objetivo do \u00edndice SUNO 30 \u00e9 servir como como benchmark para monitorar o desempenho dos <strong>fundos imobili\u00e1rios<\/strong> listados na bolsa de valores de S\u00e3o Paulo (B3).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\">Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e Video Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro.
