A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/taxa-de-retorno\/\">taxa interna de retorno<\/a> (TIR) nominal ficou em 38,2%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\"><strong>Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e Video Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Clique para saber mais!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada a R$ 23.427\/m\u00b2 em dezembro de 2019 e a venda ocorreu a um valor de R$ 33.260\/m\u00b2, totalizando R$ 68,02 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o documento, o pagamento ser\u00e1 realizado em duas parcelas iguais. O im\u00f3vel, adquirido em 05 de dezembro de 2019, est\u00e1 totalmente alugado ao WeWork e \u00e0 Vitacon.<\/p>\n<p>O Vinci Office FII possui patrim\u00f4nio de R$ 748,26 milh\u00f5es e possui 60,2 mil cotistas.<\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos meses, o fundo imobili\u00e1rio distribuiu um rendimento de R$ 0,35 por cota.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dividend-yield-como-calcular\/\"><strong>dividend yield<\/strong><\/a> m\u00e9dio dos \u00faltimos meses somou 0,59%.<\/p>\n<p>O FII distribuiu R$ 0,35 por cota aos investidores em 14 de dezembro, rendimento por cota de 0,58%.
