A transa\u00e7\u00e3o atende \u00e0 demanda do Previ<\/strong> que solicitou o ressarcimento da Petrobras por alegados danos relacionados ao investimento na Sete Brasil<\/strong>, a empresa de gest\u00e3o de portf\u00f3lio voltadas para a explora\u00e7\u00e3o na camada pr\u00e9-sal. A Petrobras tamb\u00e9m informou que realizou o pr\u00e9-pagamento parcial do Termo de Compromisso Financeiro Pr\u00e9-70 (TCF Pr\u00e9-70) com o fundo Petros<\/strong>, no valor de R$ 94 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
