Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>No acumulado deste ano at\u00e9 setembro, o volume de unidades vendidas tamb\u00e9m avan\u00e7ou 8,4%, enquanto os lan\u00e7amentos tiveram um recuo de 27,9%, ambos na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual. J\u00e1 a oferta final recuou 13% na mesma compara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>Setor vai precisar &#8220;repor&#8221; o estoque de im\u00f3veis<\/h2>\n<p>Comentando sobre os dados apresentados, o presidente da Cbic, Jos\u00e9 Carlos Martins, salientou que mais im\u00f3veis foram vendidos neste ano, mas com menos lan\u00e7amentos. Nesse sentido, o setor vai precisar &#8220;repor&#8221; o estoque no pr\u00f3ximo ano com constru\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Veja tamb\u00e9m<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/preco-venda-imovel-outubro\/\">\n\t\t\tPre\u00e7o de venda de im\u00f3veis comerciais recua 0,35% em outubro\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Como vendemos mais em 2020 que em 2019, teremos que produzir esses im\u00f3veis. Essa venda ainda n\u00e3o refletiu diretamente no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/pib-produto-interno-bruto\/\"><strong>PIB<\/strong> [Produto Interno Bruto]<\/a> porque ele ainda vai ser constru\u00eddo.
