As informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o do &#8216;Valor Investe&#8217; e foram publicadas nesta quinta-feira (3).<\/p>\t<div class=\"wrapper-featured-image\">\n\t\t<figure class=\"spotlightImg\">\n\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 768px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2020\/09\/b318cd23-im\u00f3veis-300x300-1-jpg.webp\">\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa lazyloadDisabled \" src=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2020\/09\/b318cd23-im\u00f3veis-300x300-1-jpg.webp\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" alt=\"Im\u00f3veis: lan\u00e7amentos tem queda de 9% em S\u00e3o Paulo\" fetchpriority=high \/>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\n\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text wp-caption-text--show\">O ZAP+ apontou que o total de lan\u00e7amentos de im\u00f3veis teve uma queda de 9% na cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>suno_banner id=&#8221;101751&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo com a queda nos lan\u00e7amentos, os <strong>pre\u00e7os dos im\u00f3veis<\/strong>, na m\u00e9dia, recuaram 1,5%, de acordo com o levantamento. Vale destacar que diversas incorporadoras suspenderam seus lan\u00e7amentos em meio \u00e0 pandemia do novo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/tags\/coronavirus\/\">coronav\u00edrus <\/a>(Covid-19), apesar de haver um aumento na procura por im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o levantamento sinalizou que 80% dos lan\u00e7amentos contam com at\u00e9 45 metros quadrados, mas mesmo assim, 58% contam com dois quartos. Em 2019, apenas 61% dos im\u00f3veis lan\u00e7ados tinha at\u00e9 45 m metros quadrados.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 unidades com mais de 120 metros quadrados representaram 3% dos lan\u00e7amentos este ano, ao passo que em 2019 equivaliam a 6% do total de im\u00f3veis lan\u00e7ados.<\/p>\n<p>suno_banner id=&#8221;101751&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 garagem, o ZAP+ salientou que 65% das novas unidades n\u00e3o conta com vaga de garagem, ao passo que 29% oferece uma s\u00f3 vaga.<\/p>\n<h2>Lan\u00e7amentos de im\u00f3veis no Pa\u00eds caem no 3\u00ba tri, diz CBIC<\/h2>\n<p>Sobre o terceiro trimestre do ano, a C\u00e2mara Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o (CBIC) fez um levantamento e apontou que o mercado imobili\u00e1rio nacional teve queda nos lan\u00e7amentos e expans\u00e3o das vendas em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo em 2019.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa mostrou que as empresas lan\u00e7aram 47.919 unidades no trimestre, recuo de 10,5% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual. Por sua vez, as <strong>vendas<\/strong> totalizaram 43.912 unidades, avan\u00e7o de 23,7% na mesma base de compara\u00e7\u00e3o. No acumulado dos primeiros nove meses de 2020, os <strong>lan\u00e7amentos<\/strong> foram de 118.886 unidades, recuo de 27,9% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo de 2019. As vendas totalizaram 118.873 <strong>unidades<\/strong>, aumento de 8,4%.<\/p>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Veja Tamb\u00e9m<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/preco-venda-imovel-outubro\/\">\n\t\t\tPre\u00e7o de venda de im\u00f3veis comerciais recua 0,35% em outubro\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>O <strong>estoque de im\u00f3veis<\/strong> dispon\u00edveis para venda (considerando unidades na planta, em obras e rec\u00e9m-constru\u00eddas) chegou a 173.601 unidades em setembro, corte de 13% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado. Considerando o ritmo atual dos neg\u00f3cios, seriam precisos 9,9 meses para escoar esse estoque.
