A Tim ainda apurou uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de um ter\u00e7o na <strong>rotatividade<\/strong> dos empregados, para 1%, o que tamb\u00e9m pesou na hora da decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a empresa, a nota da pesquisa de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o com clientes atendidos por operadores de home office tamb\u00e9m anotou melhora, alta de 37%.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-controle-gastos\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/400x300-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"101751\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, segundo pesquisa interna, quase todos os atendentes j\u00e1 haviam sinalizado que gostariam de trabalhar remotamente pelo menos um vez por semana.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a coluna, a extens\u00e3o do home office valer\u00e1 somente para os operadores do call center pr\u00f3prio da Tim.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse sentido, o restante dos funcion\u00e1rios, que ainda est\u00e3o trabalhando de casa, ter\u00e3o de voltar ao regime presencial, embora n\u00e3o tenha data de retorno.<\/p>\n<h2>Tim tem lucro de R$ 390 milh\u00f5es no 3\u00ba trimestre<\/h2>\n<p>A operadora reportou, no in\u00edcio deste m\u00eas, um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lucro-liquido\/\">lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> de R$ 390 milh\u00f5es referente ao exerc\u00edcio do terceiro trimestre, uma queda de 30,6% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\"><strong>Ebitda<\/strong> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o e deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> apresentou uma baixa de 1%, para R$ 2,073 bilh\u00f5es.
