Clique para saber mais!<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-receita-liquida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> da Gafisa foi de R$ 148,6 milh\u00f5es, alta de 66,6%. As despesas com vendas, gerais e administrativas somaram R$ 23,5 milh\u00f5es, aumento de 57,9% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo trimestre do ano passado.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/resultado-financeiro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">resultado financeiro<\/a> l\u00edquido totalizou R$ 28,1 milh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre, alta anual de 30,2%. Segundo o release de resultados, a varia\u00e7\u00e3o se deve \u00e0 volatilidade de determinados t\u00edtulos mobili\u00e1rios no per\u00edodo e efeito de\u00a0opera\u00e7\u00e3o de swap contratada.<\/p>\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Saiba Mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/gafisa-prejuizo-trimestre\/\">\n\t\t\tGafisa (GFSA3) teve preju\u00edzo de R$ 56,5 milh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre de 2020\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/divida-liquida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/a> da Gafisa no trimestre foi de R$ 114,8 milh\u00f5es, queda de 67,8% ante o terceiro trimestre de 2019. A empresa encerrou o trimestre com R$ 332,6 milh\u00f5es de endividamento a vencer ainda este ano, equivalente a 44,6% do total da d\u00edvida.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Gafisa<\/strong> disse que retomou seus lan\u00e7amentos no trimestre, com tr\u00eas empreendimentos que somaram<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-geral-vendas-vgv\/#:~:text=O%20que%20%C3%A9%20o%20Valor%20Geral%20de%20Vendas%20(VGV)%3F&amp;text=Utilizado%20principalmente%20pelo%20mercado%20imobili%C3%A1rio,unidade%20x%20n%C3%BAmero%20de%20unidades\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Valor Geral de Vendas (VGV)<\/a> de R$ 264 milh\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa j\u00e1 lan\u00e7ou no quarto trimestre dois empreendimentos. Um deles \u00e9 o\u00a0Cyano Barra, com R$ 570 milh\u00f5es de VGV.
